RE:Another Week Without NewsAgreed. They are running out of cash rapidly. To borrow a line from the movie "Rounders", they are "down to the felt" right now. They only have a short stack of poker chips left. Time is not on their side. But we already know this and that's why the SP is where it is.
3M, Getinge and In-House -- no matter which partnership or sales strategy, this thing won't sell. FDA clearance for 3 years (in fact IIRC we celebrate 3 years this month). We've also churned through multiple Sales, Marketing, HR, and Clinical Management staff/teams. The employee who invented this thing, Sylvie Dufrense (Patent# 6589479), left TSO3 over two ago. Time is not on their side. What does it say when the inventor of the device/methods leaves the company?
It's not selling. We need to move on. We needed to be at 300 installed units right now. Today.
We have had on-hand inventory in our warehouse for 36 months. We still have over ~150 units in stock today?
Perhaps Ric and Glen and management have
NOT failed. Perhaps the BOD has
NOT failed. Maybe it's
NOT 3M or Getinge or the various sales strategies that are failing. Maybe it's just the darn product itself. Nobody wants it. Why?
It is a HUGE RED FLAG that we have so much inventory on-hand AND for so long. That's Business 101.
