RE:RE:When?Actually, that post by Hemke was just sent out on this last Wednesday July 3rd, Ard. (on GATA). (7/3/19). 

Re the silver ETFs ... from what I understand both the silver and gold ETFs are a source for borrowing from when the ingrates decide to take the metals down ... wash, rinse, repeat ... lie,leverage, derivatize, hypothecate and steal.
