RE:what heck is going on with paldfCouple of issues that I see:

- Market is not convinced that PD price is sustainable. Double top perhaps?
- Brookfield overhang where they could blow out more shares below market again.

Having said that, they are likely pumping out good cash at these PD prices. Perhaps they declare a special dividend? 

I bought a bit more below $14 today...

Can't wait for earnings.
