was very optimistic for Dufferin and wasn't going to happen over night

probably doable when considering the three properties and double the investment/shares.

2)

balance sheet today
$31M assets
- 20.5 liabilities
+ 20.5 tax credits
= $31M CAD value
= $24M USD

$50M USD is some future value
