Could try the AMF ( Quebec Securities Commission) I put in a complaint a week ago. I too am also taking a big financial hit. It is also rumored that the Quebec government is ready to pony in $25mill towards the construction of the plant in Montreal. Also when they sign the Vietnam deal they will receive $2.5 million up front payment. After waiting 4 plus years we lose it all in a month. Bet you money PricewaterhouseCooper ( the trustees) did not see or want to see these deals.
