I think if you want to get as many people involved as possible you should set it up on a percentage basis of the number of your shares you want in the class action suit. This may sound stupid though, but people who have the most shares stand to gain the most, people who have the least shares stand to gain the least. People who don't have many shares may jump in if it cost little. ..Say we get 100,000,000 shares that will go in if the price is right then we could make it work this way.......100 million divided into 40 grand = 0.0004 per share (if my old brain is working properly...LOL).

someone who has a million shares would pay $400

someone who has 100,000 shares would pay $40

If you got only 50,000,000 shares then that would double....$800 and $80

You see where I'm going?  We want maximum participation for more reasons than one....

This way people will be glad to participate because it's fair and there are many with not a lot of shares but would like to see some justice here......I'm pretty sure we will get much more participation, make it cheaper for everyone  and I guarantee the  bigger the numbers that participate the more reaction you will get from the judge and everyone else. A lot of people are hurting here and some people who can't afford a lot need to be heard as well as the more fortunate......just a thought for everyone to consider if they like..T
