An honest read

An honest readHello all,

Frequent lurker, rare poster.  Just trying to get an honest read on these guys.  I know they have a few really positive points in their favour and I'm inclined to invest, but am looking for the 'contrarian'  point of view. What are their red flag? Believers in their long term vision? Expansion plans sure seem ambitious.  Thoughts?
