RE:A "Robust" No Vote.........or the need for another multimilion dollar "feasibility study" that takes a year or longer.  The business is not that complicated.  With known valuations of cost and available resource quantities, any one individual with undergraduate degree in accounting could produce a comprehensive report on the entire operation in less than a month.  Prepare for more vapid platitudes from management as they gut the remaining valuation from the coffers.
