RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Class action suitGrandma, it seems your the spiritual leader to the Argex believers. The question, the lawyer on the call and I have always asked this question what fraud did Mazen do? The premise on the lawsuit is you have to find Mazen committed fraud or there is no case. All I heard is Mazen has raised money in the past, so he has to raise more, or questionable volume on trades. If you can't answer the question you need to step down. These are the last 2 news releases that Mazen put out: Argex Titanium Signs a Strategic Agreement for a Multiplant Development Deal with East China Engineering Science and Technology Ltd. Including Access to Project Financing First release he is just hiring engineering company, but why in the heading he would add access to project financing when there is no mention in article what kind of financing ECEC will play to build these plants, what Mazen is doing is being vague, which isn't fraud. News release Vietnam JV, The project, expected to require investment in excess of 200 million US dollars, will be financed by our Vietnamese partner using Argex proprietary process technology. By reading this release, my understanding the Vietnam company will pay out 200 million to build plant and Argex using their technology that has never been proven will get a huge chunk of the profits, doesn't say what percentage Argex gets. You would have to be a idiot to believe this news. The biggest issue with Argex investors is that they don't know how to read a news release carefully, just faith in Mazen. The only thing you can go after Mazen; he was incompetent in how he ran the company by spending on engineering, raising money and accomplished nothing through the years. What he needed to do was refine the TIO technology, not jump around and spend money foolishly. His defense would be that, I thought this was best interest for all the shareholders. Bottom line from what I have read from the news releases, Mazen hasn't committed any fraud.
