What trial are you referring to, the recent results on lymphoma or the ovarian update?  The lymphoma trial is an investigator sponsored trial so it began quite a while ago and the pace was controlled by the investigator, not IMV.  The basket trial and the ovarian trial is where IMV has a lot more control and is likely focusing all of their efforts.
