Pre Rolled Cigarettes

Pre Rolled Cigarettes I have been watching this company THC for a while and have been in and out a couple times now.   I have also been watching CSE:HARY in the same pre rolled cannabis game,   Seems something is up as the stock has doubled in price in 3 days does anyone know anything ? Is they’re a connection between these two ?
