However, there has been much progress with CBD/Hemp legalization. I believe there are 11 states plus Washington, and counting, which have state legalization of rec cannabis. Not to mention NY and New Jersey close behind as well.
My point/concern:
Yes absolutely Sproutly and Doc are on the same team. However, Doc has sold non exclusive APP tech to Alkaline and two others in the US. I fear Sproutly will be provided the same(non exclusive US rights) when the time is right for Sproutly to expand. It would be nice for Sproutly to have the edge on the US as in other jurisdictions it has acquired. Better than nothing for sure. However, the competition will be fierce in the US and nothing compared to that of the Canadian market. Sproutly would be better positioned to take advantage of the US market now rather than later. This means acquiring some sort of right to enter the US.
