Attention all dummies and shorters!!!

They will only do an RS if there is a massive run first! (If it is even voted on). There would be no point in doing at anywhere around these prices. If they wanted to keep diluting they could do it without an RS.

It would only make sense to do an RS if the stock was at least .10US or even .40 for uplisting prices. An RS isn't coming until after some great results are out and the stock runs huge.
