RE:RE:The next monthLooney you’re partially right there.  However, if the FDA comes back with any further questions for the company or requires more test data then the ‘clock stops’ and doesn’t start again if and until they have answered them.  The company has 180 days to provide satisfactory answers so it really depends on when they (the FDA) went back to them.  I can’t believe they haven’t asked for any more information so some of this period of time might actually be dead time as it were.  Unless or until they come back with an FDA update, if indeed they are even permitted to do so we can’t really get an accurate handle of time to approval
