RE:RE:IPO's insider ownership is just 1.4%I get why directors don't buy but officers is another animal.
stock is right that a negative signal is sent, especially in light of the very generous bonus paid last year (one of my pet peeves from day one as new entity).
Jog is long in the tooth here and would probably prefer to exit but they will not throw coin out the window or throw someone under the bus.
Aimco will not come in unless there is a merge or acquisition and the deal doesn't conflict with current ownings/plan.
Arc and watrous always on the hunt tho.
no change of control largesse for Mr B and crew and options well out of the money so outsized compensation (read entrenched) the sure thing?
don't know but it is a question, for sure.
Ipo is going to front load their #s so I expect q2 to be respectable. Operational issues have plagued everyone this year and it is not baloney.i work cynthia/lodgepole/Drayton and it has not been pretty.
I added some this week but only a bit because book value is obscene, and when things work,I like the dirt but no one else does right now so......
maybe just put the money under the mattress
Good fortunes and get dry
