RE:RE:RE:RE:July 17 Esm Annual Meeting

RE:RE:RE:RE:July 17 Esm Annual MeetingI just got off the phone with my broker and this is what I learned.

ESM sends all materials to be delivered to shareholders to a third party, 'Brodrich' (sp?)

Brodrich then forwards this material to shareholders. However, regardless of your stated preference(s), Bridrich may elect to send these materials in the manner they choose, in this case, by postal mail rather than electronically as I requested/indicated.

The problem with receiving materials in the mail is this: they send a postcard sized document which you peel open to disclose your 'control number' for voting online (proxyvote.com) in my case.

According to my brokerage, many people do not recognize this 'postcard sized document' as anything important and throw it away (it is relatively innocuous, much like a new credit card is mailed in a plain envelope)

Anyway, call your broker if you do not receive voting instructions by mail. They will login to the Brodrich site and lookup your control number for voting and the website (probably proxyvote.com)

I just voted. Hope this helps.
