Which way does the finger get pointed

Which way does the finger get pointedSo Salmon which way does the finger get pointed, BKM management or Government, Someone is to fault???? Did BKM f-ck up or really piss someone in Government off???? This should have been a no brainer and we should have had permit by the end of May, [ MINING month] whether it be BKM or Government we should at the very least have got some kind of a NR from BKM. Something is very wrong here and we need an explanation on WHO is at fault, 7 years and were back to day one again, There are probably investors that are not alive now waiting for someone to make a decision on permit, WE DON"T LIVE FOREVER
