$13.00 Offering

$13.00 OfferingNow when Brookfield did the last offering at $13.00 there was also an option for the underwriters to buy an additional 15% more shares at the same $13.00 SP. As far as I can see they did not exercise that option, not quite sure why as $13.00 was a very good deal in just about everyones eyes.
I'm not saying this is good or bad as who really knows whats really going on.
If these underwriters where good buddies of Brookfield and he was getting them in on the cheap then why would they not have bought the additional 15%??
As far as I'm concerned Brookfield has already reached out to these guys at a very good price and then handed them an olive branch for an additional 15% ..................... so now it is what it is and now you might as well just sell the company to the highest bidder. No more olive branches to your buddies
No one really knows the final outcome here but those cheap shares offerings should be a thing of the past. You snooze you lose!!!
