RE:Reverse splitYour not understanding how the R/S works. A 1 share for 3 shares you had in a reverse split. You end up with a a third of the shares but soon as the Reverse Split is over. The share price falls right back to it's prior level. Like where we are now. It happens every time. Example NRM Noram had a bigger reverse split. When it was over it was about .35 Now maybe .08 A Reverse Split is a way of propping up a stock that nobody would normally buy. It makes the stock look better than it actually is. I've seen this happen over & over thru the years. It always ends the same. You will end up with roughly 30% of your investment.. Maybe? That's if the company doesn't go broke after. NAMs done this twice already. Why do you think the volume is low? Why has the placement been open since April not closed? You know how many times NAM called me to get me in the placement? 8 that's how many. One more R/S on this one and I think it dies. Will it happen? I really don't know. But the new auditor starting now would make the timeline the same as the 2 prior splits . About 3 years apart by January. I figure that would give the new auditor enough time to redo the share count. Purely coincidence?
