The principal business activities of the Company are focused on exploring and developing the Copperstone Mine (Copperstone) in La Paz County, Arizona, United States. The Company has a 100% leasehold interest in the exploration and development stage Copperstone Project, which encompasses approximately 12,258 acres of surface area and mineral rights in La Paz County, Arizona, within a 50 square kilometer land package. It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

RE:RBCI don't know, but they might be 0.21 warrants, as mentioned in the last MD&A:

"On November 9, 2018, the Company announced that in conjunction with the finance facility announced on November 6, 2018, the Company was raising $2.5 Million in equity by issuing up to 17,857,143 at a price of $0.14 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to acquire a common share at a price of $0.21 per share for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance, provided, that if, at any time the common shares trade at a volume weighted average trading price of $0.30, or greater, per share for a period of 10 consecutive trading days"
