Would it have not been much smarter for LDS management to just sit back and watch all the free trading shares in TCAN come due over the next two months first?  Common sense should tell anyone that would have been the most prudent thing to do in this particual case..  

In the latest AGM Brad had a whole different story to tell his shareholders.. 

As well, LDS just raised funds for the latest PP.. Who in their right mind would have invested in that if they knew this deal was being cooked all along in the back alley..

The deal smells wrotten to the core.. I am guessing it won't even get to a vote, and if for some reason it does;  it wil be soundly defeated..
