Start the DrillingNot sure why the previous investor thinks he is being "fleeced". Just an opportunity for current and other investors to participate in an offering which is usually only open to much larger investors and/or companies. He is not being forced to participate. Yes dillution is never desired by investors however the company must raise funds in order to drill. They cannot just sit and wait for other companies around them to make discoveries. They must prove that their land holdings do indeed contain lots of gold or they will find it very difficult to attract partners. Drilling is the only way to prove it so lets hope they can make some discoveries on their land. I think it's a necessary and smart move.
