Patience is one thing, see continued miss's and failures is another.  Having set an expectation of a closing at or near the first week of July and watching shareholder value in a deep sink hole is more than disturbing.  The managment team and IR group has got to get their act together and communicte better.  Having seen the purported closing dates go by and no comment or guidance is  not acceptable!
