Good postby Ned that helped sort out in my mind what the problem was with Hemplify. CBD has to be trackable. This is another orchestrated delay by California because we were getting the CBD from Asia. Proprietary to say the least.
Our team should be on the licensing issue for our LB facility but I seem to recall California implementing some kind of rule about build it and we will come, so maybe we have to have it totally finished before we get the license.
Same with our distribution at our new facility that will require a license which leaves us coatailing on our plant 2's license and whoever is doing our distributing at present or if it is happening at all.
I hope that our team is dealing with all the issues that law and policy makers can conjure and keep in mind that the clock is ticking on that manufactured product. I can understand doing small batches after getting hung out to dry on 2000 cases over a labelling issue. Honestly, I think somebody in the beaurocracy has it in for Tinley. Tinley needs to buy a politician to protect us and lobby for what the greenrush is going to need to be successful. In the meantime we are waiting for a hint from our management team that this is moving forward, barring that the rain comes or the creek rises and takes the bridge out.
I can't help but wonder what else California law and policy makers can come up with to try to prevent the inevitable. It's hard to believe that Cali was first out of the gate with pharma pot and that the cbd is more hogtied now than it was before. Interesting times we live in where the THC rollout is on the freeway and CBD is in the granny lane.
I just read an infomercial for a company that goes under the label Pure Green that are announcing that they have a too high pill full of CBD which is known for its moderating effect for overconsumption of thc. Sounds like necessity is the mother of invention. Bhang is supposed to launch tomorrow on the CSE, have 100 skus and a beverage and just to show that irrational exuberance isn't totally dead for the greenrush, Neutrisci got about a 50% uptick today.
If Tinley is as good as those that have tried it have said then we are ready for a proper launch and some shareprice appreciation. Anybody wonder if the Cartel is writing pot legislation in the States lol?
