Usually a shortage of volume in the summer unfortunately. My guess is most investors who were going to buy more at these levels have already bought now. Anyone waiting on the sidelines is hoping to see a confirmation of a bottom first. The chart is looking very primed for a sharp reversal, but you just never know. The sellers seem to have no problem smacking this down when it starts to move up. So we need the sellers to run out of shares &/OR we need some incentive for more buyers to come to the party (sales/revenue, new launches, new deals, more distribution, more major exposure, uplisting, etc).
