The agency has historically suspended licences when LPs were found to source/divert product from/to an unregulated channel. In our view, the CannTrust situation does not appear as dire as these scenario(s), and thus we believe the company should be able to maintain its LP status, wrote Miehm.

You have a new account today, so much for your credibility. I wouldn't buy the stock now and I would have sold as soon the news was out. The weed were grown in rooms waiting for certification, so I think you are a little radical about the TRST loosing its licence. I will follow the stock and might jump in at some point but not close to this price. Whether the pumpers like it or not, they could lose their licence. In fact, I am just thinking right now that Canada is serious about cannabis and it could send a message for the ones not following the legislation and cancel the license.

On the other side, the rooms would more than likely received their licences. It is not the same as importing from an unknow illegal source. We will see if Canada is intransigent or not. There is no way I will buy the stock until Canada said it will not revoke the licence. This story will last months. I expect a lot more damage to the share price over a long period of time.
