If CannTrust loses grow license

If CannTrust loses grow licenseand considering they have about the same number of shares outstanding, wouldn't that make them technically worth less than THC Biomed? Meaning we should expect them to crash down to lower than 20 cents, since THC Biomed has a license and they don't.
