RE:RE:RE:Unions and strike.Union busting is a long and painful process.   Hopefully an agreement can be hammered out using profit sharing and worker stock purchase plans giving staff fractional ownership.  If a worker sees the profit from working hard and efficently in direct ownership of shares then everyone wins.
