First of all I'm long on aph and never seen anything from you aph board. Secondly, this is dumbest post ytd, you are comparing corporate governance irregularities with growing and selling weed illegally on international market. This is narco territory Finally, the accusation against aph was largely fabricated by a short seller. You can't compare that to HC. I hope you all recover etc but don't listen to this guy. My2c

Second of all, I am heavily invested in APHA and I am heavily down in APHA.  I made close to 10 K in APHA and now I am down 30 K in APHA. I will hold and I will average down. 

Why am I saying this? APHA was trading at 10 dollars when short attacker released his news about the shady business in APHA. 

As a long term investors, yes they looked real. Yes, what he posted are true! and Yes, the buildings that they acquired seemed so pathetic. 

Overall did APHA have a solid business other than the shady things? YES

So What happened when the stock plunged from 10 dollars to 5 dollars? in the next 3 months?

look at the chart. 

It went from 5 dollars to 14 dollars guys!!   look at the chart. 

APHA WAS IN BIG TROUBLE!! AND IT WAS A BAD BAD TROUBLE! SOMETHING HUGE!!! BIG MISTAKE!!! 


So why did the stock rebounded and almost tripled?  because they had a solid foundation. It did not go to 0 like the short attacker (with somewhat legit news) said. 



third of all,  look at canntrust! look at their foundation. look at their sales. look at their outstanding shares...

they are better and or in line with APHA.  a good company with good foundation. 

the only mistake they did: 

growing weeds in an unlicensed rooms while their license was pending. 

which was wrong to do. it is cheating. thats all. wrong. small cheat. 

how about the weeds?
1.  it passed company quality testing 
2. it passed health canada quality testing!!!!!!!!!!!
3. those rooms got licenses. this is important, because if they grew the weeds and health canada denies the license for those rooms....because of some problem.....and NOW THEY FIND OUT THAT THESE WEEDS WERE GROWN AND SOLD IN THE ROOMS IN WHICH THE LICENSE GOT DENIED THE FIRST TIME....then it is a big mistake...

but that was not the case....
4. health canada so confident they are allowing them to continue to grow.

5. canntrust stopping sales...only from that facility is icing on the cake for health canada. its not a bad thing.  canntrust is saying...LOOK  LOOK AT US....WE DO NOT CARE ABOUT MONEY...WE CARE ABOUT QUALITY...SO....WE ARE GOING TO STOP SALES...UNTIL YOU HEALTH CANADA PEOPLE FIGURE OUT....BECAUSE WE CARE ABOUT PEOPLE....AND NOT MONEY...

guys! they are suking up!! to health canada...by doing that....and also by holding additional 7.5kg weed!!!!

it is a business plan....strategy....its not a bad thing!

only bad thing is they grew 5kg weed in unlicense rooms...while the license was pending and got approved eventually!

the stock market has already priced in!!!!  all the bad news......it has priced in 

a.  weed being destroyed 
b. 1 mill or 5 million fine...
c.  license WILL NOT BE SUSPENDED!  IF THAT IS THE CASE.....HC WILL NOT ALLOW THEM TO CONTINUE TO GROW AND DO SALES IN THOSE ROOM...

whatever happened....stock market has reacted already!!!

and it is down 10% now because of a stupid stupid news lol!  so what if canntrust stop sales from those facility.....

35 - 45 %  is oversold!!

this is the same amount APHA dropped .....for a news that is 10 X  worst that canntrust...


i bought 2000 shares at 3.06  US DOLLAR.   

i have 22 000 usd to buy after health canada news!!!   

i may go another 6 k....before 3 or 4 days before the news....

then rest later!! 



the shortters will keep on doing bad news..and we can not stop them...IT IS THEIR TIME...

OPEN YOUR EYES AND SEE WHAT HAPPENED TO APHA....

cann trust grew in unlincensed rooms..and sold those weed......but the pending license got...rejected because of health concners.....and they re apply....and they get accepted!!  and nowww....and nowww......if they find out...that these weed were grown and sold.....while pending application and while license was rejected!!!

then those weed are DEEMED BAD.....THEY ARE DEEMED BAD BECAUSE THEY WERE GROWN IN A REJECTED FACILITY....(yet passed HC quality testing?) 

still a bad bad situation!! 

but this was not the case!!!!

so longs!!!   .here is the moral of the story....SAVE CASH!!!   BUY 4 DAYS BEFORE NEWS.....USING 40% OF CASH...YOU GOT....BUY AGAIN AFTER NEWS RELEASE IF ITS A POSITIVE......
IF NEGATIVE....WAIT FOR ANOTHER 2 OR 3 DAYS AND BUY AGAIN!!!

look at wha happened to apha...10 dollar to 5......TO 14 DOLLAR
look at what happened to ACB.....10 dollar to 6 dollar to 12 dollar
look at what happened to weed canopy.....70 dollar 55 to 70 dollar
