Wow, that’s 7X average daily volume. No wonder snn is now trading down around 100M market cap. So much for insider confidence backstopping the bloodletting in sp by doing some buying. I’ve unfortunately seen this many times where a former execs shs are a major overhang on the sp. He has plenty more to sell and if he needs capital or is disgruntled in any way, his shs will continue to be an overhang. This coupled with no NR on closing the sale and questions around q2 results is keeping me from adding a few at these levels.
