well it's OVER!!!NO MATTER WHAT outdoor is OUT! unless they have a strain of cannabis that will out grow anything in the time remaining then they are OUT, there is still inside but will there be a profit ? NO not for two years at the very least, only the Canadian and provincial goverments could have made a BIGGER MESS with the legalization of cannabis look up framing for Vancover and then Rock Creek you will see what I mean
