RE:RE:RE:RE:Tough, it is; part 2D51, I think management pushed hard for the deal and convinced Institutional investors they knew what they were doing. They also made out like our parteners were on board when if fact they were not.
I also do not believe the vote was conducted in a proper manner and a lot of negative votes were not tallied.
Number one shareholder who has like 35% of the votes had an incredible conflict and should have been excluded for voting ( in a perfect world) .
The facts stand for themselves. The investors who were against the purchase were right. It didn't take a lot of thinking to figure that out. Why were we able to do it and the experts were not. Did they all own a bunch of KDI ?
