Interesting change of tone

Interesting change of toneIn 2016 the company was going to softly enforce it's patents in a manner that let them "partner" with those that were either in violation and/or sought patent rights. Based on the last press release I'd say things have changed (about time). Hopefully we'll see much more opportunity for revenue derived from these patents because what we've seen thus far has been rather lacklusture. Having said that this recent patent is extremely important to the firms OEM strategy and was conceptually discussed about 1-2 years ago on a conference call (in response to a question).

From the last press release:

"Our plan is to continue building the strength of our portfolio protecting our new products and aggressively enforcing our patent rights against infringers in the industry."
