RE:RE:Morning everyone This is a top LP by the numbers and management is solid, even ole Linton agrees. With an exceptionally low 33% COGS and extremly diligent 29% overhead, I expect Ogi to continue to execute, generating a ~30% EBIDTA and at full capacity, possibly an EPS > 1. Hard to determine where the P/E will be in 2 years, but a big equity partner, high margin disruptables and industry M&A would push it upwards. The market seems to have shifted its focus to margins and OGI is well positioned to benefit. Hoping that they sold >6000KG in Q3 with the 20% bump from Ontario stores opening in April. GLTA we need some after last week.

Last week was a brutal for the sector and way over done. Not only did we have the TRST drama affecting the sector, we had BMO trimming expectations by a hair (yetmaintaining an outstanding raiting) and we got a full buzz cut. My hope for tomorrow is that we meet expectations and have also have news of some sort. Wondering when we'll get a beverage partner. OGI mgmt is pretty strategic, so hopefully they come through with a surprise tomorrow - the sector needs something positive after the TRST situation. GLTA
