Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The Anti-Cancer Therapy division develops patented, and patent pending drugs, called Photo Dynamic Compounds (PDCs) and activates them with patent pending laser technology to destroy specifically targeted cancers, bacteria and viruses. The CLT division is responsible for the Company’s medical laser business. The Cool Laser Therapy division designs, develops, manufactures and markets super-pulsed laser technology indicated for the healing of chronic knee pain. The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Eyes on the prize.

I only started to buy into TLT 4 or 5 months ago although I did start looking at it around 2007 or 08 so I am not too familiar with their thinking one thing to their advantage and disadvantage was the low profile they have kept. I am only guessing so I would be surprised to see lower then 45 because of what is about to happen to this company they could have asked for 55 or 60 and warrants at 2 bucks I would like to see warrants at 5 bucks mainly because of the perceived value in this stock. Find 1 person who knows this company that can say what is about to unfold isn't worth $10.00 minimum in a years time. I also think we will see at least 3 analyst covering this stock in years end.
