RE:Status of NEW Patent

RE:Status of NEW PatentHas anyone put any thought into what the value of our patents are? Maybe rather than fightiung the inevitable, we should be shopping around our patents to all the big players and start a bidding war for them to maximize value? If we do end up filing bankruptcy, it would then be up to PWC to find a buyer for the patents. If Mazen is trying to take the patents private, how would he accomplish this? Would he have to be the winning bidder in the PWC "auction" of the patents in a bankruptcy proceeding? If our process is such an improvement over the existing processes, one would think there would be ample interest accross the industry to make it interesting.
What efforts has the copmpany made to raise funds in the past year? I don't think 4.8 million is that big of a number in grand scheme of things. I know no one like a reverse split but its better than bankruptcy.
