Private Placement of 4,905,899 units of the Company (the “Units”) issued at a price of C$0.15 per Unit, each Unit consisting of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant and 12,044,680 flow-through shares, with each FT Shares issued at a price C$0.17 per FT Share.
Each Warrant to purchase one common share at a price of C$0.25 for a period of 24 months after the closing date.
