Yes,  Napolean, and you forgot the mysterious sell-off after the greatest announcement in 3 years, proving someone was given the information on the planned bankruptcy. ...Plus, then 2 weeks later the sell off the day of and the day before the stock halt.

We need to speak up more here, we need to seriously look at that class action lawsuit again. If they're going ahead with that bankruptcy plan leaving us with nothing then we need that investigation and charges brought if need be.

There have been a lot of questionable things taking place here recently and long before. We need a report from all shareholders on everything that they have seen and heard and are concerned about. Also, everyone has their own personal story on what happened and how this will affect their lives........ I'm a writer. This will make a very interesting story when all is said and done.

Maybe the BOD will grow a conscience when they realize how this bankruptcy will destroy, or, at least, make very difficult, the lives of some of the people here who invested so much in this dream they call Argex..... Don't give up hope, Sometimes these things do work out. Maybe management will take a different approach with us inclusive, obviously the best solution and conclusion.
