They are in very good and wide company in that respect, as countless companies (and probably all investors) have bought shares at some point when had they waited they could have gotten them at better price. However, Input bought 534,100 shares for $1.53, and they have now purchased 16,088,083 Shares at a price of $0.82 per Share. The weighted average of those 2 purchases is $0.84 per share. As I mentioned, statistically speaking there is usually a small drop in share price after a dutch tender, but most stocks also wind up up moving higher than the tender range in the year following that initial dip. Hoping for you and the other holders of stock that are underwater that that will happen with Input.
