Valens Mysterious Five Million Dollar Asset-Less Purchase

While Valen's psoted a strong balance sheet and a great improvement in revenues for the second quarter, there was a curious item under Note 13, wherein it identified that the company had purchased a consulting firm. Despite the large price for the asset, little fanfare was raised on the multi million dollare purchase, so we wanted to know why.
