Not entirely sure why they had to finance? Cash is king - I get it, but to finance with dilution and not use it, with a mountain of money about to come in, shows in my opinion - a little trepidation. On top of that called the warrants on the early vital investors, which obviously didn't sit well with some, especially one particular poker player whom punished them for it. A couple of mistakes in my opinion, but still good management. Might come back, but alot of us in quite a bit weaker positions because of these moves. Have the cash - but at what cost?
