The CLA-1816 provides effective pain reduction, without the risks of addiction or respiratory suppression that exist with opioid analgesics. CLA-1816 strongly binds with and activates the alpha3 glycine pain receptor in the spine. The Company has leased a laboratory, office, and archival space in Beverly, Massachusetts.

RE:Significant news later this month!

It's making sense and coming together now. Looks like the RS was planned around some big news, most likely a partnership and or licensing deal, exactly as I predcited and posted about several times.

Keep in min insiders have not sold any shares in a long time and they are the biggest holders...they know a RS without big news would be a terrible idea. If they had been selling the last few months, then announced an RS I would panic.

But this makes total sense now. Something big will probably be announced the day after the meeting IMHO.
