Yeah man this is pretty shady for now... We need more clarity on this ASAP, why would we have to pay nearly 6 million in shares, plus we already payed shares to the consultant, plus give him our Rotogrow shares, plus pay an additional 3 000 000 shares (that’s 12 millions today) if the company changes hand within 2 years... I means who the hell made this deal !!!

I have a better deal, I found someone to buy your house, we sign a deal, buyer can’t pay, sorry bro... But now you have to give me your house anyways for my consulting!
