Because someone selling shares which he/she does not own through CIBC brokerage to bring the price down. If you want to buy, just wait until he/she finished the short selling.

It is good for us that he/she is short selling the shares. We can buy cheap later.

Just watch 079, can't wait to dumb more shares once someone is buying. The intention here is to bring the price down. This also brings more liquidity to the market.

I would not buy now and watch my investment lose value everyday. JMO.
