What would you suggest that the ASC actually investigate? Keep in mind that when the SEC and the ASC did the joint fraud investigation on PennWest, the SEC charged various individuals for fraud while the ASC clearly stated that no fraud had occurred.
What you have got to realize is that the real crooks are the ASC!
