Pea Processors going bankrupt

Where is more info on the plant Burcon is building? Bold move to be building when there is opportunity to buy existing modern plants for cents on the $$?.. Pulse processing industry is under heavy Pressure in North America due too trade issues. AGT (saved by Fairfax), Ilta Grain, JM Grain, and more to come?
