PLAN Magazine (Order of Engineers of Quebec)

CST contributed this article to the latest PLAN magazine (French only - see page 44-46). The article appears to push the points that the technology is low cost, environmentally benign and ready for wide deployment. The last paragraph appears to end in a call to action but I'm not well-versed in French so I'm guessing but it might be along the lines of "immediate action is needed for our planet".
