I totally understand how it works. The value of your share will remain the same but those with a few thoudsand shares post-consolidations will tend to sell their shares. You know, investor "perception" is alway greater to see 5000 shares than 500 in their account, just an example.

This doesn't mean that I agree with the proposed consolidation but it will allow the cie to save a few dollars in term of management fees.

I have 170k shares and not happy. I intend to be at the upcoming AGM.
