RE:Where did the money go I had the same thought Farm... Lurch Callahan may find himself in some serious legal trouble by the time this is all over.  The letter from the former officers and the call for investigation from Otter to Mnuchin set it up pretty clearly in my opinion.  CoryGroshek is also right that this deal has a high probability of being un-done even if the vote goes for the merger.
