the old warrants were exercisable at $1.30 , and normally traded at 2.5x the sp trading price (ex: warrants at .30 if share price was at .75)

these new warrants are in the money as soon as it hits .465 since it is trading at only .065 at the moment. The 3 years remaining will be an added bonus/premium.
